New system gets all green image with new camera. Unplug the camera and plug it back in. Some cameras can, in very rare circumstances, boot into a faulty image state (we've seen mostly green, but sometimes blue and sometimes yellow, etc.). Normally, when configured for an intersection, we detect this state and automatically reset the camera, but in a new installation, we are not yet running the code to detect this. Manually unplugging camera will reset it.
