Object Masks should be drawn to cover objects that block or interfere with the camera view of the ground or road. Object Masks are important to eliminate objects that may result in false calls (e.g., signal heads, mast arms) or disrupt the image contrast because they are highly reflective (e.g., luminaire heads, poles, mast arms) or emit light at night (e.g., lighted signage).
